Welcome to the MyPAiL beta testing program. By participating, you acknowledge that this software is in active development and may contain bugs, errors, or incomplete features. Your feedback helps us improve.
2. Data & Privacy
During the beta, session data (AI name, avatar choice, and chat interactions) is stored temporarily for up to 24 hours. No personal information beyond what you provide in-app is collected.
3. Acceptable Use
MyPAiL is designed as a personal AI companion for entertainment and emotional interaction. You agree to:
- Use the service respectfully and in good faith
- Not attempt to exploit, reverse-engineer, or misuse the service
- Understand that AI responses are generated and not professional advice
4. Intellectual Property
MyPAiL and its underlying technology, including the emotional AI engine, avatar system, and companion interaction model, are proprietary. Patent Pending.
5. Beta Disclaimer
This software is provided "as-is" without warranty. Features, availability, and stored data may change without notice during the beta period. We are not liable for any issues arising from use of the beta software.

Any feedback, bug reports, or suggestions you provide may be used to improve MyPAiL without obligation or compensation.
